skiing originated from the Telemark region of Norway when a local farmer discovered the versatility of a free heel in 1868.

Free-heel skiing is experiencing a revival, a select few brands make skis designed for this style, yet they are all designed with men as the standard.

Flurry Skis are based on research of the ski industries most popular materials. Each layer is meant to provide the optimal flex and stability for female telemark skiers.




The three ski models pull from a painting that I created of a whimsical winterscape. The additional watercolor elements in the catalog also tie together the vibrant, friendly energy that is Flurry.
